Fisherman's Wharf
San Francisco Neighborhood

Fisherman's Wharf
At the north end of Columbus Avenue is Fisherman’s Wharf one of San Francisco’s most famous attractions. At the Wharf is great shopping and restaurants such as PIER 39, Anchorage Center, The Cannery, Ghirardelli Square, the city of San Francisco Museum, and the submarine museum. While here don’t miss out on the cracked crab and famous sourdough French bread.

At the edge of Fisherman’s Wharf is Aquatic Park, which includes San Francisco Maritime Museum and a beach. You can catch a Ferry from Piers 41 for cruises and Alcatraz prison, Angel Island, Sausalito, Vallejo and Oakland. Hyde Street Pier is worth a visit as well with its historic ships.
