Or little Italy is known for it’s Italian heritage. Here you will find and the great restaurants jazz clubs, galleries and cafés. Good spot for nightlife! Check out Washington Square and the Church of Saints Peter and Paul. The church is known as the "fisherman's church" because many of its parishioners once made their living from the sea.
Take a walk up to Coit Tower for some fabulous view of San Francisco from telegraph hill.
