Description:
Begin this memorable day with a trip across the Golden Gate Bridge on the way to the historic Wine Region of Northern California. Taste the wine from the 'premium' wine-making region of North America: Sonoma and Napa counties. You will visit both boutique and large-scale wineries with stops in 4 different wineries and distilleries with approximately 1 hour of traveling between wineries. Learn how wine is made and enjoy the lovely vistas of rolling hills dotted with vineyards. The tour also stops for lunch for an hour and a half and then there will be time for shopping and more wine-tasting. The return to San Francisco is by way of the Bay Bridge.
Wineries visited for wine tour and tasting include Viansa Italian Market and Sonoma Square in Sonoma, as well as Domaine Carneros and Kirkland Ranch Winery in Napa. (Please Note: Winery locations may change due to special events at winery.)
